I should point out here that I am taking it easy for a few weeks before I go back to periodized training.  Still, my goal here is to record honestly, what I eat, and what I do, training wise on and off the bike.

Here goes: 

Ran for about 30 minutes at lunch today.  Probably about the 3rd run I’ve done this month.  Still hurts alot right above the knees.

Food I can remember eating:

Breakfast:Vitamin Water. Pear. piece of toast.

Snack: 2 cups coffee w sugar. Apple.

Lunch:2x PB sandwich. chips. soda.

Dinner: Lasagna.  Iced Tea, unsweetened. Bowl of ice cream
